We chose a "Bean Sprout" color for the main areas—a soft, elegant tone—with black accents on the trim, which gave the house a clean, modern look. I'm absolutely thrilled with how it turned out.
During the project, we also had to replace the main electrical panel, due to updated regulations in the state of Florida. This required opening up part of the exterior wall. After the electrical work was done, Lucas Cardozo handled the concrete repair himself, and left everything looking flawless—like nothing had ever been touched.
